About 12 Seeds International, Inc.

Our mission: To help people develop dynamic growing relationships with God and with others.

Our dedication: We are dedicated to serving and glorifying God. He invites us into a personal relationship with Himself through His Son Jesus. A growing relationship with Him, empowered by His Spirit, manifests itself in His great love flowing through us to bless the lives of others. The 12 Seeds are Biblically based ways in which that love can be manifested to others.

Background: Founded in 1996, we were originally called Prime Success Institute. Our purpose was to help people prime their minds about things of prime importance. Over the years, our focus increasingly came to be upon something of highest prime importance: relationships. We compiled a comprehensive set of Biblically based relationship principles which we named the “12 Seeds.” Eventually, we changed our name to “12 Seeds International.”

Training in Biblically based relationship principles is important for many reasons, including:

1.      a dynamic growing relationship with the Triune God transforms all areas of life;

2.      dynamic growing relationships with other people yields joy, success and other benefits for individuals, families, teams, schools, churches, businesses and communities;

3.      broken or poor relationships contribute to many costly consequences for individuals, groups and society;

4.      there are many ongoing challenges to developing and maintaining good relationships;

5.      though most people acknowledge the high importance of relationships, today’s society provides little teaching or modeling of the essential principles for good relationships.

Development of the 12 Seeds: Through study of various principles for growing relationships, we identified a comprehensive set of principles that form an acrostic for the word "RELATIONSHIP." Acrostics have long been used to help remember important concepts – Psalms 9 & 10, for example, are called Acrostic Psalms because each verse begins with the succeeding letter of the Hebrew alphabet. Now, after teaching 12 Seeds principles for seven years, we strongly believe:

If any one of the 12 Seeds is weak or missing, relationships suffer.
If any one of the 12 Seeds grows, individuals and groups are blessed.

Growth of 12 Seeds Lifeskills training: We have developed training and materials that help people understand each seed and apply it in five practical ways in daily life. Today people in North America, Africa, Europe and Asia are using the 12 Seeds. Churches, schools, addiction recovery centers, jails, prisons, small groups and businesses are using the training to instill character values for lasting relationships. People are discovering that the seeds are actually practical ways to love others and fill real needs. Wise leaders, teachers, parents and mentors are using the 12 Seeds to teach lifeskills that honor God and benefit people in lasting ways.

"We were not born to be alone. God created us for relationship."

Love your neighbor as yourself.”
